Platform usage
$60 to $300per million tokens
Billed only for what your workspace runs. The rate depends on which model did the work: the cheaper models sit at the low end, the most capable at the high end. There are no per-seat fees.
How usage is attributed
Every query is tagged by scope, so the cost lands where the work was done.
- Portfolio-level
- Benchmarking, cross-asset analysis and reporting are charged to the portfolio.
- Asset-level
- Underwriting, retrofit returns and a single building's compliance exposure are charged to that asset.
