A full decarbonization capital plan for one building: an energy baseline calibrated to your bills, a screened and costed list of measures, and a phased roadmap with NPV and IRR. It runs over several weeks.
The expert decides twice, because this plan commits capital. Once when the baseline and carbon target are set, and again before the measure list becomes a roadmap.
